Shelly Chavez

I have lived in the San Luis Valley most of my life.  I attended the University of Denver where I graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Political Science and a Minor in Business. During my tenure as an agent, I have been President of the San Luis Valley Board of Realtors, Realtor of the Year for 2005 and I am, currently, the Colorado Association State Director for our local board.  Being from a rural area has proved to be somewhat advantageous, as I have gained experience in all aspects of real estate including commercial, farm and ranch, and residential.  In addition, I work with many first time homebuyers and I teach a workshop geared towards guiding buyers through the process.  It is my mission to bring buyers and sellers together and would appreciate working with you in your next real estate transaction.  For more information, please feel free to visit my website at www.shellychavez.com
